Shipping policy
All livestock will be shipped using a 1 day transit service (2 day will be used in some cases for international shipments). If the service commit time exceeds these transit times there will be no live arrival guarantee. Dry goods will be shipped via the most economical ground service unless a faster service is requested by the customer (the difference in rate will be added to the invoice). If there is room in the box dry goods can be shipped with livestock within the United States. Pairs or adult fish will only be shipped via next day air. Inside Texas we will sometimes allow for other shipping methods as the fish will usually still arrive in 1 day. We do offer counter to counter air freight for wholesale orders (minimum order total applies).
Please clear your day for the date of delivery. We ship Monday through Wednesday, so please specify which day you prefer your fish shipped on for a next day arrival. Arrival times can vary quite a bit and you want to ensure you are present for the fish's arrival and can take your time to acclimate them properly. You will be sent a tracking number when your fish are shipped, it is up to you to check on it regularly so you can start the acclimation process immediately. If you notice a fish has arrived dead or had shipped poorly, notify us immediately. Please refer to our Live Arrival Guarantee and DOA policy.
Shipping cost will only be refunded if the order is canceled prior to shipment.
NO RETURNS ON LIVESTOCK OR OPENED DRY GOODS
Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost on returns of unopened dry good.
We charge actual shipping cost plus a $5.00 ($7.00 on international orders) box fee for Livestock shipments.
