Refund policy

All refunds requested before the fish have shipped will be processed as 100% refunds. After shipping refunds will only be issued in accordance to our live arrival guarantee. Shipping will not be refunded unless the fish have not shipped.

Live Arrival Guarantee  


Just to let you know, you are a valued customer and we want to ensure you are satisfied. In the event of a DOA, please send us a proof of death photo within 1 hour of delivery. If you do not open your package and begin acclimating within this hour your live arrival guarantee will be void. What could of been a live arrival can result in the fish passing because they have been left exposed to the elements. A photo showing the fish dead in the bag or with the tail completely cut off will suffice. If your fish has shipped poorly, please notify us immediately of this as well. We are happy to talk you through bringing a fish out of shipping stress. We can refund, reship, or credit you toward a future order.
