Shipping policies

We ship live fish only via UPS next day air and next day air saver. Pairs or adult fish will only be shipped via next day air. Inside Texas we will sometimes allow for other shipping methods as the fish will usually still arrive in 1 day. We do offer counter to counter air freight for wholesale orders (minimum order total applies).

Please clear your day for the date of delivery. We ship Monday through Wednesday, so please specify which day you prefer your fish shipped on for a next day arrival. Please keep in mind that the fish must be fasted for a minimum of 48 hrs prior to shipment, for this reason orders received after Sunday will be shipped on Monday a week later.  Arrival times can vary quite a bit and you want to ensure you are present for the fish's arrival and can take your time to acclimate them properly. You will be sent a tracking number when your fish are shipped, it is up to you to check on it regularly so you can start the acclimation process immediately.
